Cosmetique Cadette Review and GIVEAWAY!

Cosmetique Cadette Review

Cosmetique is the ultimate beauty boutique, carrying many high quality brands to fill all your make up needs. All the brands they carry are tried and tested, their motto being that "if it isn't good enough for us, then it isn't good enough for you".

Cadette Sheer Radiance Face Glow ($15). This is the newest radiance enhancer, which is a very light tint that offers a subtle glow. It is ultra-sheer and can be worn alone or mixed with your moisturizer or foundation. I have been using it under my foundation to give a little boost to the winter paleness. It is very light, not heavy at all and makes my face so nice and bright. I think that in the summer this would be wonderful all by itself to bring out the summer glow of a tan.

Next up is the Cadette Colorwave Lipliner in Maritime Mocha ($8). It's more hard than soft and I thought that would be a drawback. Since it stays firm, it doesn't smoosh down when you try to apply it, so you get a nice sharp lip contour. I just was not a fan of the color nor it's firmness.

Finally is the Cadette Colorwave Liptint in Maritime Mocha ($10). These Liptints are packed with vitamin A and Apricot Kernel oil, which creates a sheer moisturizing formula. I used this with the matching Lipliner (obviously). It goes on so smooth and silky, doesn't leave a bad taste on your lips and is super shiny. It isn't like one of the lipsticks that stains your lips, so you may end up re-applying it a little more often, as did I, but the soft, shiny color makes it worth it.

  1. I have to have a lip product on! I'm not too picky, it can be lipstick, gloss, or whatever.

  2. I have to have my mineral powder cover up and blush because that's all I wear. Thanks for the cool giveaway!

  3. It would have to be my mascara to outline my eyes.
