The Misfit Shine is one of the easiest fitness trackers to live with. It is light, small and discrete, doesn’t require charging and is both waterproof and hardy. You can easily clip it onto almost any piece of clothing and forget about it, while the wristband is both comfortable and easily fits under a shirt cuff.There's no vibrate function, or screen, but the built-in LED light display and simple double and triple tap interface is an attractive, intuitive compromise.Short of tracking stair climbs, the Shine does what a fitness tracker needs to do with the minimum of fuss, although Android users need not apply; it can only sync with an iPhone or iPad for now. My Impression: I really like how well the Shine Elegant Tracker fit on my wrist and it's function in general. I've been trying to get back into working out after my knee surgery and I tell you it has been a PROCESS to say the least! I was so excited when Best Buy sent me this to review. Out of all of the trackers I've tried so far this is the most comfortable. The watch is made of a silicone material and the the pebble the center of the watch that does all of the work in tracking it fits easily into the little pocket made in the stretch band. You can also use a little piece that comes in the kit to clip onto your shirt if you aren't the watch wearing type which I like the variety in that. The program works easily. I do wish they would come up with an android app which I have heard they have one in the works, but other than that this is by far my favorite of the bunch and I've tried a few. This one is stylish as well as effective in helping me reach my goal. I love that I don't have to take it off while I shower and the fact that it's waterproof and sweat resistant - I think if you are spending the money on a product you'll be wearing basically 24/7 you want it to have a great design in which this does. I totally recommend.
