Nobody knows more about natural curly hair than I. I've been rocking curly hair since I was little.

Anyone who has curly hair knows that when you've got curly hair you've got frizz and everyday will not be a good curly hair day! Some days my hair will be limp with frizzy curls or I'll have a day with little to no frizz and my tight curls. Either way when I was younger we only had gel and it was that gel that would leave your hair harder than a rock! I've been a fan of Not Your Mother's brand since they became popular and available where I live, but I had never heard of Kinky Moves - their curl defining cream. I received a sample in my Beauty Blogger's VoxBox.

Now I have used serums, gels, and other various products that claim to tame my curls and get them under control - none of which I had ever experienced what I experienced with NYM's Kinky Moves. I towel dried my hair and put about id say a dime size amount in my hands as my hair is short now so I need very little and as I was putting it through my hair it felt as though it coated the strands of my hair - I thought 'Oh no' my hair is going to feel crazy heavy, but it didn't. It was the exact opposite. The curls were very soft and natural and I had almost little to no frizz at all through-out the day. Best of all the NYM's Kinky Moves smells like GRAPES! Yum. Not only that, but after washing my hair the next day my hair still felt conditioned after using NYM's Kinky Moves and I've never had that happen with any other cream/serum/ect. That's never happened. As you know if you've got curly hair your hair is dyer than someone with straight hair and my hair had felt a lot more dry this winter than it has in a  while which I contribute to over-processing it this Summer. So, now I've got a new favorite and something to add to hair routine when I want to let my hair go natural. Thanks Influenster & Not Your Mother's!
