My Impression: For the past two years I've been on a mission to get fit. I've had my ups and downs as I'm sure everyone does. The best thing I've found is to eat what I want, but in moderation and keep an eye on portions and drink tons of water. It doesn't just stop there. I've noticed over the years that if I keep a log on what I do as far as work-outs and what I eat (calorie intake) that it really helps me maintain and or lose weight depending on where I set my calories. It gets a little tedious writing down all of that information not to mention the TONS of paper you use over the years so when they started coming out with devices that tracked your work-outs(steps, aerobics, ext), sleep, and calorie intake I was quite interested in them so I've tested a few and I have to say the Jawbone Up is my number one. Why? Because, it's much more easier to use than the others I've tried and the wrist band is a lot more comfortable than the armbands that would squeezed my arm to death. This just sits perfectly on the wrist depending on what size you get to match you. Now the picture below was my best from before my knee surgery as my knees have been giving me a rough time I couldn't do too much damage as far as work-outs go. I'm really impressed by how easy it is to plug into your phone and it uploads the data - the most you have to do is pick from the list of what you've eaten. That's it! So easy. With this fitness band it's much easier to keep yourself on the right track!
