My Impression: 

I love the Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Non-Stick line. It makes my life so much easier not to have to scrub so much on pans. Say if you have left-overs you need to get out of the pan it will slip right out into your overnight bowls. It's 10'' so it's large enough to make a large meal which is another thing I love about this frying pan. A lot of the times you will find frying pans that look like they would make enough food for one field mouse, but this pan is entirely different. I love how the bottoms of the pans are so secure so that heat distributes evenly and is able to warm up a lot faster than my other pans. I do find that even though I do not have to scrub a lot I still do need to apply a spray before cooking because it's not that it sticks to the pan - the food flakes off, but it does settle in the pan, but if you are looking for a great non-stick pan Id say this would be your best bet. They also have them in smaller sizes if need be, but these are truly the best!
