Graze Box Review + Giveaway

Graze Box Review + Giveaway

About Graze & How they got started:

"Graze was started by seven friends sick of chips and candy, who wanted a better way to snack.

We quit our jobs and camped out in a friend’s spare room for months and after a lot of hard work, graze.com was born - snacks that show off the tasty side of health and are delivered directly to you.

Moving to the graze kitchen the graze founders
Fast forward a few years and we have developed a range of over 100 delicious snacks and designed an intelligent algorithm, that we call DaRWIN, to customize each and every box specially for you."- Graze

What is a Graze Box?
Graze is a company that delivers boxes of healthy, nutritious snacks to your door and only costs just over $6 per box. Each box contains 4 individually contained snacks that are per-portioned for you to take on the go, or enjoy at home. You can choose to get the boxes delivered once a month, once a week, or bi-weekly.

What kind of Snacks are there?
You can visit their site here for more photos, but their snacks include dried fruits, nuts and seeds, granola bars (they call flapjacks) and lots more! There are currently over 90 snacks to choose from, and all of their snacks are designed in their very own Graze Kitchen. They also come out with new snacks all the time!

Can I customize my boxes?
Sort of! Once you join, you'll be able to look through all the snacks that Graze has to offer and rate them "Try, Like, Love, or Trash." Choose try if you're not sure how you feel about the snack, but are open to trying it, like if you're interested in trying, love if you think/know you'll love it and want it to be sent to you frequently, or trash if you know you never want to be sent a certain snack.

Graze will then choose snacks for you and put them into your box to try. You will then have the opportunity to adjust your ratings accordingly.

Can I pause my subscription?
Graze is super customizable, and you are able to push back boxes as far as you want! There have been times where I have pushed my deliveries back for a month or two so I can try other things. Of course I always go back to Graze, but it's great that the option is there!

How do I subscribe?
Simply visit their website and sign up! However, if you want to get your 1st AND your 5th box totally FREE then I would suggest using an invite code from a Graze subscriber. I just happen to have one for you! Just follow this link to get started:

All Graze boxes are just $6.99 a month!

Box 1
What I got in box 1:

Herby Bread Basket (basil baguettes, garlic crostini and oregano rice crackers): First of all this gal is a bread gal. I love bread! So this treat was fantastic on the go either to go along with a spaghetti dinner in replace of a garlic bread like I did. It's good really for anytime you wish. That's the thing with these snacks they are really good for anytime of the day. I love the different flavors I tasted like the garlic and some parts were a little spicy, but sweet.

Caramel Apples with Caramel Dip: I love dehydrated foods and especially apples. These were so good together. The dehydration makes the apple a little harder, but chewy. The sweetness is still there and the caramel dip was light and not as thick as usual dip.

Booster Seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds): I loved these. They were so delicious. I love seeds & nuts for snacks so I'm glad they threw this in there. The mixture of these were just the perfect snack.

Popping Corn: Popcorn is always a good healthier snack when it comes to snacking. It's light and fulfilling. If you choose the right one it's not that many calories. Now if you load it up with tons of butter that's when the calories rack up, but these were lightly salted and tasted pretty good.

Box 2
What I got in box 2:

Fruity Mango Chutney with Black Pepper Dippers: These were good, but I just wasn't that great of a fan of. I'm sure others might like these if they like mango, but I'm not that crazy about mangos. The dipping sauce was pretty good though.

Tropical Daiquiri (green mango, lime raisins, and pineapple): Again not that big of a fan of mangos, but I do love dehydrated fruit just like I mentioned. The pineapples and lime raisins were very good. I didn't used to like raisins, but my tastes have changed over time and now I quite enjoy them. These all went great together.

Black Pepper Pistachios (pistachios roasted with black pepper): These were great because they have the black pepper. I love stuff that's a little spicy. I had never tried Pistachios before and they are really good. I'm going to have to start buying some more Pistachios. Plus, I've heard they are really good for you.

Blueberry Crumble (blueberry granola clusters, blueberry infused cranberries & almond silvers): I absolutely loved these with my yogurt! It is so good. I'm in love with this granola. I tasted hints of blueberry throughout the whole package and the cranberries tasted sweet and not tart like they usually do.

Box 3
What I got in box number 3.

Chili Lime Cashews: Cashews are so delicious. My Mom and I love them. We both dug into these. We love them because they taste like they have chili powder in them. They made the cashews taste really good surprisingly. I would have never thought to put two and two together.

Lemon Drizzle Flapjack: This I believe was my favorite of all of the snacks. It was so chewy, so moist. You could really taste the lemon flavors. It had a littlest bit of icing and it made it taste that much more amazing. I would love to have these everyday! This is the perfect snack if you love lemony flavored items.

Thai Sweet Chili Bites (sweet chili sauce with baked soy bites): These were definitely different tasting, but good. They almost tasted of a light rice cake although I know it's not rice. It has that kind of texture. The outside was crunchy while the inside was light and airy. The chili sauce was sweet and made a good mixture with the two.

Vanilla Walnut Fudge (walnuts, vanilla pumpkin seeds, fudge and raisins): This was surprisingly good with it's bits of fudge and walnuts. The raisins made it that much sweeter. It was a very sweet snack. They all blended together perfectly.

My thoughts on Graze box: I think this box is a great surprise each month because you don't know what you are getting. It's a healthier alternative to snacking and it is in a small quantity. The calories in each pack are relatively low. I don't feel guilty when snacking. The price for the box is really good considering what you get. The fact that you can get your first box for free to try is a bonus and a confidence in the company knowing that what they are putting out is good. To tell you the truth it is good. There was only one item that I didn't really care for out of the three boxes and that's something that others might like. The way they present their boxes is neat, clean, and cute.
