We'll start off with the first bag of Chocolates from Alter Eco the 'Opposites Attract Salted Caramel Truffles' : This truffle delivers an addictive twist. Malty Ecuadorian cacao and nourishing coconut oil stirred with a sprinkling of Fleur de Sel de Guerande' for a creamy deep caramel bite. You could taste the caramel and salty goodness in each bite. The outside was hard dark chocolate with a creamy melty center. With the center you could taste the caramel with a hint of salt. I've always thought salt and chocolate tasted so good. My favorite candy before this one I used to get was sea salt and chocolate, but now I have to say this is my new favorite. I will for sure be ordering more. I've let all of my family try both to give me their opinions and they found that they tasted the salt a bit more in this one and it was by far the favorite of the two.

The second favorite of the bunch is the 'Sea Salt Truffles The Crowd Pleaser' : Have it both ways. First, savor the subtle crunch of Ecuadorian dark chocolate studded with mouth-watering Fleur de Sel de Guerane'. Then melt away a smooth-as-silk creamy chocolate center made with nourishing coconut oil.

Coconut Oil: Why coconut oil? It's been used for thousands of years by cultures all over the world for it's qualities. We use only pure organic variety in our truffles for the amazing silky, melty texture it adds and importantly, to support a sustainable alternative to palm kernel oil.

This box of chocolates was a second favorite to the both. It too was delicious, but we all just prefer the Salted Caramel Truffles. This too was just as creamy, but it seemed as though you could taste the dark chocolate more and the salt was more shadowed compared to the other. I did every now and then get a grain of the sea salt and boy was it good. I think both are very good and am so glad to have found these chocolates. I really say go for it if you are craving some chocolate these are the ones that will satisfy your cravings!
