Nutrisystem Week 2 Update

Hi and hope everyone had a great week! Mine has been kind of hectic. I've been out to my parents house helping them earlier this week and I brought about a couple days worth of Nutrisystem food which is not good at my house because my Mother likes to fix 'Klump' meals if you've ever seen the movie 'The Nutty Professor' then you know what I'm talking about. At the first of the week id been doing Jillian Michaels work-outs and being  active - then I got into a tired spell. Of course, I had surgery on my bladder and that could be why I was so tired - my kidneys and everything were kind of being a pain! I lost 2lbs. this week which I was surprised by. Still, a loss is better than no loss. I can't wait til it warms up outside so I can go hiking to get my mind off of a lot of things going on in my life. I find that when I get outside and walk or hike it just clears my mind. Where I live it's been cold, rainy, and snowing. I put in my new food order which should be arriving this week so I'll do an open box for it because last time I was a newbie and messed up my order so I'll be getting all kinds of different foods in besides duplicates. I'm excited to try new foods! I've been kind of bad on my water intake this week so I really need to push the fluids especially being sick and all. I don't know what it is about being sick, but pushing fluids is like the last thing you want to do isn't it? I'm hoping next week will be a better week and that HOPEFULLY I get my groove and energy back.

  1. Congrats on the 2 pound loss! It is definitely hard to exercise when you don't have energy. Dragging my butt to the gym this week has been very hard after being down all last week due to a severe cold. Hopefully we can both get our groove back soon :)
