Best Buy's Father's Day Gifting Guide

Father's Day Gift Guide

Are you or is the Dad in your life the one who brings the game home and turns the party up?  Or, cutting edge, always On-The-Go – not just keeping up but keeping ahead?  Or, maybe the Dad that cherishes every day, and captures every moment?

I think it's important to cherish both Mother's Day and now Father's Day. I love celebrating these holiday's with my parents. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have my Father with me still. My Father is definitely a 'Memory Maker' Father. He and I both have that in common. We love capturing memories! He's always taking pictures, working on the computer, and talking with friends!

Here are some pictures of my family. My Dad and I. My Husband, his Grandfather, and I. My Mom and Dad, and I on my wedding day. All beautiful memories. If you would love to cherish your Father this Father's Day visit Best Buy's Gift Center: http://bit.ly/Gift_Center

Jillian Michaels Hard Body Work-out DVD Review

Jillian Michael's Hard Body

PRODUCT DETAILS

Are you ready to take your body to the next level?! Jillian Michaels 'Hard Body' is the most effective total body workout for torching calories and transforming your entire physique. 'Hard Body' is comprised of two (2) 45 minute, body blasting workouts that progress in difficulty. These quick paced routines have fun, fresh, new moves to deliver an incredible workout and turn your body into a lean and sexy high performance machine. Jillian also shows modifications for both beginners and advanced athletes in each workout. Get the Hard Body you've always wanted! Run time approx: 96 minutes Region 1

My Impression: I have been a big Jillian Michaels fan for a long time. I used to weight 300lbs. and while doing my work-outs I would walk and then incorporate her work-outs along with others into my routine so that I would not get bored. I have her Boost Metabolism DVD and love it - she does kick-boxing and that is one of my favorite work-outs! I got the chance to try out Jillian's new DVD 'Hard Body' and I'm impressed and wore-out! Her work-outs are intense, but not so intense that you can't do them. She gives you alternative moves if you cannot do the harder work-outs then you have a choice which is something I like as a heavier person. I've been taking it easy with doing the work-outs - I'm doing the work-outs a little more and more each day. Don't automatically give up on yourself if you can't do the whole work-out DVD in one day. Take it easy! The only quaft that annoys me is that the DVD is fast paced and the fact that I am overweight and need to drink about a gallon of water a day I get pretty thirsty during work-outs and I want to drink lots of water, but there isn't much of breaks in between work-out positions so that's the only thing I would change, but all I do now is just pause in between if I need to drink water. All in all I love it just as much as her other DVD's I own. I love that she has some good weight training in the DVD - I'm learning to use weights and to build more muscle. I know one thing Id say to Jillian is 'I hate BURPEES!' and if you've never done a work-out of hers then you probably don't know what I'm talking about, but if you do then you probably hate them too! It's a full-body work-out and when you've drank a ton of water it really gets your belly moving when you do them. In all seriousness I am hoping to lose even more weight this Summer and it's great to have an array of DVD's so you don't get bored - that's what I do.
